Darryl R. Wilson, President of Itracit Project Solutions Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Project Management.

After working in construction for many years and specializing in the careful art of boilermaking, Mr. Wilson became a dab hand at project management, the implementation of business planning, and working with others. It was a very natural progression for him to become a boilermaking instructor and senior planner, ultimately becoming president of Itracit Project Solutions. Mr. Wilson was responsible for the rigging procedures and rigging crews for the field erection of the first supercritical boiler in Canada, and was the youngest Canron Construction Inc. site manager in Western Canada. He is the record holder for the erection of an EEC Precipitator, in just 90 days from materials on site to commissioning in Crofton, Ontario, in Canada.

Born in Matsqui, in Canada’s British Columbia, Mr. Wilson worked with Canron Construction from 1988 to 1992, and was appointed construction site manager in 1993. He has also worked with the China National Offshore Oil Corporation at the Nexen Long Lake Site, with SK Welding, Clearwater Energy Services, and with Enbridge, Inc. In 2000, he became a certified boilermaker instructor, and in 2002, he joined ALSTOM as a rigging general foreman and planner. Mr. Wilson was appointed senior planner in 2005, and in 2011 he went on to KBR Inc. as a senior planner and scheduler. All these diverse skills go into his leadership of Itracit, as well as qualifications as a certified systems engineer and computer technician by Microsoft, as well as project planning certifications from Primavera.

Mr. Wilson is a member of Local 359 and Local 146, as well as the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, the Iron Ship Builders, and the Blacksmiths, Forgers, and Helpers. In his free time, he enjoys speculating in future markets and technical analyst stock options. Itracit provides turnaround management for clients in the energy, pulp, paper, oil, gas, process, and chemical companies. In five years, Mr. Wilson plans to retire and take time for himself. He is considering mentoring young people entering the planning and scheduling field, and has been in the industry for 39 years. He is a recipient of the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.
