Charles Reilly, Communications Executive, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executive for dedication, achievements, and leadership in communications.

Mr. Reilly is a nationally-recognized expert in developing the art of communicating effectively for business executives, political figures and media personalities. He founded his company, In-Person Communications Inc. in 1976. He stayed with the company until 2007. Prior to starting the company, Mr. Reilly served as the vice president of Ogilvy and Mather, as a corporate executive of J. Walter Thompson and an executive vice president of Patrick Carr Associates. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reilly was a medical representative with Stuart Pharmaceuticals, an Eastern Coast representative and manager of newsstand promotion of TV Guide Magazine, executive director for the National Catholic Office for Radio-TV and assistant to the vice president of Young & Rubicam Inc.

Mr. Reilly prepared for a career by first earning a Bachelor of Science in business from St. Joseph’s University in 1950. He continued with postgraduate studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Reilly has always regarded learning as an important part of professional and personal growth. He earned a Master of Arts in liberal studies from Villanova University in 2002. In 1996, Mr. Reilly was inducted to the Hall of Fame of the Infantry School at Fort Benning in 1996. He served in the US Army as a First Lieutenant from 1950 to 1953. During that time, he authored “Korea.” Mr. Reilly has also written several other books, including “In the Wings of Show Business, A Personal Memoir,” “Korea, 1950- 1953: The War that Never Was” and “You and A Life of Reilly.”
