Dr. DeHay attributes his success to the way he was raised and by being very blessed to have progressed through a number of things. His success comes from his willingness to serve in an unselfish manner and in ways that help other people. His greatest pleasure is helping people work through situations and find solutions. While working as a consultant, Dr. DeHay aided a company that had lost $10 million and were in turmoil. At the first meeting he attended, everyone was pointing fingers and blaming one another. He sat everyone down and explained that he didn’t have all the answers, but he knew about the background and history of the company. He started asking the right questions to get them to work through their issues.
