He is a certified public accountant in the states of Connecticut and New York. In 2004, Mr. De Nicola was an iconographic consultant for the A.P. Giannini Exhibit in Rome, Italy. He published “Legal Liability of Tax Return Prepares” in 1978 and has also contributed to “Palm Springs Weekend,” In addition to various other articles, professional journals, and books.

Throughout his career, Mr. De Nicola has maintained affiliation with a variety of professional organizations. These include Financial Executives International, Rotary International, the Tax Executives Institute, Junior Achievement USA, the Stamford Tax Association, the American Association of Individual Investors, the Long Ridge Club, and the Round Table Association of the United States. In 2006, he was named the Rotarian of the Year by Rotary International, and in 1977, he was recognized with the Ferdinand W. Lafrentz Accounting Award.
