Mindy R. Schrager, Change Facilitator at Systems of Change, LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in coaching services.
Driven by a desire to make life better for others, Ms. Schrager is thriving as the founder of Systems of Change, LLC. She started the life coaching company in 2015 after decades of experience as an operations management specialist. While she enjoyed her former profession, she had always harbored a passion for mind-body wellness and personal development and transformation and was thrilled to be able to make a business out of it. Ms. Schrager is most proud, however, of the people whose lives she has impacted. To expand her reach, she authored “Stepping Stones to Success” and a blog series, and co-authored “Continuous Improvement of the Selling Process” and “Non-Product Quality: The Cornerstone for Success.”
Ms. Schrager attributes her ongoing success to her perseverance and her ability to solve problems and recognize patterns. She also credits continued academic endeavors; she strongly believes in consistently refining her focus and ensuring that she is in touch with all of the latest developments in her field. Ms. Schrager earned a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College in 1979 and an MBA from Babson College in 1981, and then became a certified cultural transformation tools consultant through the Barrett Values Center, a systemic family and organizational dynamic practitioner through The Institute of Integrative System Dynamics, a voice dialogue practitioner through the Voice Dialogue Connection, and an integrative coach through The Ford Institute of Transformational Studies at JFK University. Additionally, she holds an associate certified coach credential from The International Coach Federation, and is a Herrmann Brain dominance indicator facilitator, and NLP health practitioner, and NLP master practitioner and coach, and an aura-soma practitioner. She keeps in touch with her peers through affiliation with organizations like the Association for Talent Development, the Triangle OD Network, and the American Society for Quality.
