A prominent figure in the field of health care information technology, Mr. Bradley has amassed nearly two decades of professional experience in his area of expertise. A senior partner and chief technology officer at HHI Professionals since 2011, he dedicates his time to serving Medicare and Medicaid patient facilities in analyses of health care data and outcome measures. Specializing in end-to-end implementation of QNXT systems, HHI Professionals has been serving the medical community for more than 30 years.
Alongside his role with HHI Professionals, Mr. Bradley founded JD&M Partners LLC in 2013, where he serves as president and chief executive officer. In addition, he has been a senior developer at Children’s Health of North Texas since 2015, having formerly acted as a senior database SME at Independent Living Systems from 2013 to 2015. Prior to these appointments, he was a senior data warehouse consultant at Universal Healthcare, manager of technical configuration information management at Molina Healthcare Inc., director of data analytics and reporting at eHealth Partners Inc., and a software engineer II analytics manager at Unisys Corporation. He commenced his career as a senior SQL development consultant at Express Scripts Inc. and a senior reports developer at Schaller Anderson of Arizona.
To prepare for his illustrious career, Mr. Bradley pursued a formal education at California State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science in 1992. He subsequently attended Arizona State University, receiving a Master of Science in computer science in 1997. Delving into the field by coincidence, he previously worked as a bartender during his undergraduate studies and was eventually offered a position in the health care foundation business as a software developer. He soon found himself in the midst of the health care industry, as it was burgeoning in Arizona. After spending time in the industry, he discovered that he could start his own company.
Among his notable achievements, Mr. Bradley considers the highlights of his career to be the experiences he has in writing programs that were applied to every payer in the field. To assist with analyses of health care data and outcome measures, he has also built operational data stores and EDI tools, which have prevailed in the industry. Looking toward the future, Mr. Bradley hopes to begin selling more of his own software solutions.
