MNG Technology Enterprises provides both technology and business development consulting for private, public, and academic sectors, giving him the perfect opportunity to share the knowledge Dr. Granieri has accrued over the years. He is also currently working, in a technical advisory capacity, on improving and modernizing the undergraduate Electrical Engineering curriculum at the University of New Hampshire, his alma mater. Previously, Dr. Granieri held positions as senior vice president of Advanced Programs in Aerospace and Defense at Phase Matrix Inc. (a National Instruments Company), marketing manager of North American Aerospace Defense programs at Agilent Technology, LAN test program manager at Hewlett Packard, president and chief technical officer of Giordano Automation Inc., and president of Mantech (Management Technology) Automation, among other affiliations. He considers some of his greatest achievements to be leading synthetic instrumentation and computer-aided design working groups in support of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) as well as authoring “A Systems Approach to Testability Design and Analysis” in support of his doctoral dissertation. Dr. Granieri has done post-doctoral studies in machine learning in support of electronic diagnostics.
Dr. Granieri prepared for his endeavors by earning a PhD from Columbia Pacific University in 1993 and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering at the University of New Hampshire in 1965. To keep in touch with his peers, he joined prominent organizations like the IEEE and the National Defense Industrial Association, and the advisory boards of publications like Test and Measurement Magazine and Electronics Magazine. In recognition of his professional excellence, Dr. Granieri was honored with the John Slattery Lifetime Achievement Award from NDIA, a Technological Innovation Award from NASA for Fault Tolerant computing, two Automatic Test Technology Best Paper Awards from Autotestcon, as well as being the recipient of multiple DOD Small Business innovation awards from both NASA and the US Navy. His achievements(besides his numerous publications in magazines & technical journals/proceedings) were also featured in numerous editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the South and Southwest, Who’s Who in the World, and Who’s Who in Finance and Industry. Reflecting back, he attributes his career success to having a strong work ethic and a vision for what the future portends. He hopes to be remembered for his personal integrity & willingness to help others & give back to the at-large test & measurement community.
