Ms. Hogan has been dedicated to program development, having opportunities to work with many individuals and partners throughout her career. Due to this dedication, she has championed the improvement of programs that have achieved minimal success, overcoming adversity and enjoying her success. Ms. Hogan also has been the executive director with the company from 2005 to 2009. In preparation for her exciting career, she earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix in 2015. Ms. Hogan has also received certification from The Grantsmanship Center, Sensory Integration and the Pima Community College.
Ms. Hogan is responsible for many operations including managing, directing and implementing programs for youth and adults in the areas of employment, training, case management and emergency services. She works with numerous communities, developing partnerships to leverage funding for the sustainability of programs. Ms. Hogan has overseen career development and economic development strategies within high-growth and high-demand occupations, working with regional and national coalitions on legislative issues surrounding employment and training. She successfully manages funding in excess of $4 million and monitors the organization’s budget for optimum output. Ms. Hogan manages 15 programs and grants as well as 47 staff members in a nine-county area in the state of Arizona. Programs and services PREP provides are employment, training, education programs, GED certificates and emergency assistance. The organization also provides workforce investment act programs, community service block grants, case management, senior programs and youth summer and after-school programs.
Not one to limit her love for others, Ms. Hogan is the junior regent for Women of the Moose. She has been an executive board member for the Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs, president of the Rocky Mountain High Coalition, a board member for the Western Alliance of Farmworker Advocates and a member of Lambda Sigma Delta Nu Delta Honor Society. She has been recognized for her contributions to society, earning the 30 Year Service Award from PREP in 2018. She has also won the Director of the Year Award from both the YouthBuild National Directors Association and the League of United Latin American Citizens in 2017. Furthermore, Ms. Hogan has been presented the Elite Women Worldwide Award in 2016, the Business Honors Award from Delta Sigma Lambda in 2015, the President’s Award from the Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs in 2012 and the Outstanding Volunteer Award from YouthBuild USA, Inc., in 2011.

She has been in her field for 31 years, beginning at an entry-level position and earning leadership roles within her company.
