Prior to this illustrious role, he served Lehman Brothers, Inc., as a senior vice president and managing director between 1985 and 2008 and Roberts & Shefelman as an associate and partner between 1973 and 1985.

Alongside his primary endeavors, Mr. Campbell served on the dean’s advisory board at the University of Washington School of Law from 1999 to 2011, on the board of directors at Pogo Producing Company from 1999 to 2007, and on the visiting committee in the economics department of the University of Washington from 1995 to 1997. Likewise, he was the former director and treasurer of the National Association of Board Lawyers in Hinsdale, IL, and president and trustee of the Washington State Society of Hospital Attorneys from 1982 to 1985. Civically, he previously acted as a trustee and president of the Bellevue Schools Foundation between 1988 and 1991, as nation chief of the Bellevue Eastside YMCA Indian Princess Program from 1983 to 1988, as a trustee of the Washington Phikeia Foundation from 1983 to 1991, and as a member of the Washington Governor’s Food Processing Council from 1990 to 1991. He was additionally a member of the Sandy Hook Yacht Club Estates, Inc., from 1993 to 1998.

To prepare for his career, Mr. Campbell pursued a formal education at the University of Washington, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1970 and 1973, respectively. He was subsequently admitted to practice law in the state of Washington, as well as before the Supreme Court of Washington State, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Campbell has contributed myriad articles to professional journals throughout his career and was previously on the University of Washington Varsity Swimming Alumni Board. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to his community, he was the recipient of the YMCA Indian Princess Merit Award and the Bellevue School Foundation Apple Award. He has been highlighted in several editions of Who’s Who in Finance and Business, Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who in the West and Who’s Who in the World.
