Mr. Barron is a celebrated legal executive who has amassed more than 40 years of professional excellence in the realms of law and real estate. As president of Coweta Developers, Inc., and vice president of Lindsey’s, Inc., since 1977, he specializes in selling houses and commercial and residential property, having also been a prominent property investor. He previously served as an associate with Sanders, Mottola, Haugen, Wood, Goodson & Odom from 1974 to 1977. Alongside his primary endeavors, Mr. Barron has been a dedicated member of his community since 1988, having served as president of the Newnan-Coweta United Way since 1982 and president of the Newnan-Coweta chapter of the American Red Cross since 1980. He was formerly the chairman of deacons of the Baptist Church, trustee of Mercer University and the Coweta Community Foundation, and director and secretary-treasurer of Newnan Hospital, among other prestigious roles.
Mr. Barron holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mercer University. As a licensed realtor and real estate broker, he maintains affiliation with the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors and numerous community-oriented organizations, such as the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce, the Newnan Kiwanis Club, and the Newnan Country Club. He has been a board member of the Men’s Golf Association since 2010 and the Million Dollar Club with the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors since 1989.
In recognition of his exceptional contributors to real estate, the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors has honored Mr. Barron with several accolades, such as the Silver Phoenix Award in 2013 and 2014, the Crystal Phoenix Award in 2011, and the Phoenix Award in 1999, having first been named Realtor of the Year in 1991. The recipient of the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018, he has been highlighted in multiple editions of Who’s Who in Finance and Business, Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the South and Southwest, and Who’s Who in the World.
