Steven Edward Cramer, Real Estate Executive at Exit One Realty, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate.
Amassing more than four decades of professional experience in real estate, Mr. Cramer is the owner and broker of Exit One Realty, positions he has held since 2005. Prior to this prominent role, he lent his expertise to a number of other real estate firms throughout Colorado, including Realty Executives, Cramer and Associates Re/Max Northwest, Inc., and Perry & Butler, Inc. Commencing his career in 1973, Mr. Cramer has proven himself to be a reliable and accomplished figure in his industry.
Alongside his primary appointments, Mr. Cramer formerly served in the political realm, having previously been the town commissioner for Adams County in Brighton, CO, chairman of the Negotiations for Denver International Airport, founding chairman of the E-470 Highway Authority and board member for the Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Committee for the New International Airport. He considers his work performed for the Denver International Airport to be among the highlights of his career. Civically, he was president of Adams Community Mental Health in Commerce City, CO, chairman of the Adams County Partners in Progress, and most recently, president of the Rotary Club in Westminster, CO.
As a testament to his professional success, Mr. Cramer was named Realtor of the Year by the North Suburban Board of Realtors in 1979. Likewise, he was the two-time recipient of the Political Service Award from the Colorado Association of Realtors in 1982 and 1988, as well as the Metropolitan Leadership Award from the Denver Regional Counsel of Governments in 1989. The proud father of two children and four grandchildren, he holds a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Colorado.
