Connie Norigenna Pulitano, Corporate Professional at Maryland Continuing Care Residents Association, Georgia Pacific Corporation and the Maryland Agency, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in corporate management.

Amassing nearly 60 years of professional experience, Ms. Pulitano has been serving as a secretary of the Mercy Ridge chapter of the Maryland Continuing Care Residents Association since 2018, having also served as an officer manager of the Georgia Pacific Corporation since 1989 and an administrative assistant at the Maryland Agency since 1988. Prior to these illustrious roles, she spent time as the secretary of the dining committee of Mercy Ridge and a counselor of the Mercy Ridge Retirement Community in 2018, an administrative assistant at the Maryland Agency from 1988 to 1989, an executive secretary at Comp-U-Staff, Inc., from 1985 to 1988, and a secretary and word processor operator at the Maryland Agency from 1983 to 1985.

Previously, Ms. Pulitano was a student council moderator, secretary and learning center coordinator at The Cathedral School from 1974 to 1982, and secretary of Bendix Communications from 1961 to 1962 and Westinghouse in 1961. She commenced her career as a secretary at Ka-line Pool Products from 1959 to 1961 and a student in North Miami, FL.

When Ms. Pulitano’s family first immigrated to the United States from Italy, they visited a judge’s office, where Ms. Pulitano watched the secretaries type on their typewriters. From that point onward, she knew she wanted to emulate their work ethic by becoming a secretary herself. Among the highlights of her career, she looks back fondly upon the times she taught children at The Cathedral School, as she always loved being around children. With the help of the principal, Sister Jane, she founded a student council where students would visit people in nursing homes and organize student-teacher days and breakfasts for teachers.

As a testament to her professional success, Ms. Pulitano has been highlighted in the 21st edition of Who’s Who in the East, the first edition of Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America, and the 15th through 17th editions of Who’s Who of American Women. Married to Francis Joseph Pulitano since 1962, she is the proud mother of three children and six grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys running her own business from home, where she creates wedding invitations, resumes and term papers.
