Drawing upon more than 45 years of experience, Ms. Croyle is a distinguished figure in the health care management industry. Currently serving as the executive director of the Jenner’s Pond Continuing Care Retirement Community since 2017, she has garnered experience in multiple fields throughout her career, including hospital and health care operations, executive management, elder care and senior housing. Hosting a natural affinity for helping others move into assisted living facilities and nursing homes, she has proven herself to be a versatile and compassionate professional.

Prior to these illustrious roles, Ms. Croyle served in a number of varying capacities in both the health care and legal industries. Commencing her career as a paralegal with Holland and Hart in 1972, she subsequently served as a law clerk to the Colorado Court of Appeals in 1976 and associate of Shaw Spangler & Roth for the following year. Thereafter, she held the role of manager of acquisitions/lands with the Petro-Lewis Corporation, having subsequently been the manager of strategic planning with the transportation division of Westinghouse.

In addition, Ms. Croyle was previously the executive director of the Lutheran Senior Services of Southern Chester Company, the executive vice president of Peninsula United Methodist Homes, Inc., the executive director of the Swedish American Center for Complementary Medicine, and the vice president of Ambulatory Care Services. Likewise, she was a compliance officer for the Franciscan Medical Center, the chief operating officer and vice president of the D.T. Watson Rehabilitation Hospital, and the managing director of the Benefit Resource Management Group, a subsidiary of Blue Cross of Western Pennsylvania.

To prepare for her illustrious career, Ms. Croyle pursued formal education at the College of William and Mary, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology, cum laude, in 1971. The same year, she received a certificate in corporate tax and securities law from the Institute of Paralegal Training, having subsequently obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Colorado in 1975. Earning a certificate in program management development from the Colorado Women’s College in 1980, she also received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver in 1983. After gaining experience in the field, she concluded her education with a Master of Science in gerontology from St. Joseph’s University in 2012.

Affiliated with the American Bar Association, Ms. Croyle has been admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Colorado, and she is a certified nursing home administrator and lecturer. An arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, she briefly served as a teacher of oil and gas law at the Colorado Paralegal Institute in the late 1970s. As a testament to her success, Ms. Croyle has been highlighted in the first edition of Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America and the 29th edition of Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, as well as several editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare, Who’s Who in Science and Engineering, Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who in the Midwest, Who’s Who in the World and Who’s Who of American Women.
