While serving in this position, she acted as the director of official records for the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court from 2006 to 2015, vice president of new marketing for the Utility Development Corporation from 2006 to 2007, and director of the Jacksonville Electrical Authority from 2001 to 2003. Likewise, she held the roles of owner of Family Threads from 1997 to 2005, and document control manager of St. Johns River Power Park from 1991 to 2001 and Ralph M. Parsons Company from 1990 to 1991. Earlier in her career, she served as a psychiatric social worker with the New York State Department of Mental Hygiene from 1970 to 1973.

A speaker in 146 cities throughout the United States and Canada, Ms. Constantini is a certified records manager and licensed realtor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Westchester and a Master of Science from Nova Southeastern University, having completed postgraduate coursework at such institutions as the University of Jacksonville, the University of Hartford and Central Connecticut State University.

The former national president of the National Association of Catholic Diocesan Lesbian and Gay Ministries in 2002, Ms. Constantini has been a member of the Human Rights Campaign since 1999 and was formerly affiliated with the Association of Configuration Data Management, the American Association of University Women, the Jacksonville Small Business Network and the National Trust for Historical Preservation, among several others. As a testament to her profound success, she was the recipient of the Lifetime Career Award from ARMA Hartford. Likewise, she has been highlighted in the first edition of Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America, the 25th edition of Who’s Who in the South and Southwest and the 28th edition of Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, as well as multiple editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the East and Who’s Who of American Women.
