Brian Elvis Hulleberg Sr., Fraud Analyst at Wells Fargo, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in banking.
Supported by more than 30 years of practiced experience, Mr. Hulleberg is a prominent banker who has been serving Wells Fargo as a fraud analyst since 2004, Zions Bank as a lead fraud analyst since 2008, and First Mile since 2017. He has also been acting as a banker for First Federal/Sterling Federal since 1989. Commencing his career as a manager at Cherryvale Coin & Stamp in 1987, he subsequently served such organizations as Walgreens as a pharmacy technician and assistant manager, 11th Street Grocery as the owner, Signs PDQ as an accountant and sign maker, and the Latter-day Saints Church as an accountant. Later on in his career, he served as a co-owner of Hulleberg Creations, an accountant with Liberty Bank, and chief financial officer of Platinum Beef and Seafood. In addition, he was a personal banker with U.S. Bank and a carriage driver for Carriage for Hire, having recently held the roles of fraud analyst with CIT Bank and the Internal Revenue Service.
The former assistant dean of the University of Scouting, Mr. Hulleberg also served the university as the commissioner of training and assistant director of registration. Since 1991, he has spoken at multiple religious ward houses and was a public speaker for “A Financial Plan.” Dedicated in his faith, he was also the singer of “Praise to the Man who Communed with Jehovah” and was ordained to the priesthood in 2001. Demonstrating versatility in his profession, he served as an actor, model and poet earlier in his career.
Affiliated with the History Channel Club, Cooking Club of America, the Abbott and Costello Fan Club, and the AACOP, Mr. Hulleberg also has maintained membership with the International Thespian Society, the National Wildlife Federation, the World Wildlife Fund, the Cousteau Society, Greenpeace and Sons of Norway. He has also held several positions with the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America, having been named a Woodbadge Lifetime Member by the College of Cub Scouting in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sauk Valley College and completed further postgraduate coursework at Weber State College and Brigham Young University.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the industry, Mr. Hulleberg has received several accolades and honors. Presented with the Leave No Trace Award and Woodbadge Award from the University of Scouting, he also received a 20 Year Veteran Award from the Boy Scouts of America and the Thomas S. Monson Award and On My Honor Award from Eagle Mentor. Earlier in his career, he was the recipient of the Ride the Wave Financial Banking Award and the Shining Star Banking Award. Impressively, he was highlighted in the 23rd edition of Who’s Who in the Midwest.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Hulleberg intends to continue working in his field and working more closely with governmental agencies. Married with three intelligent and innovative children, he enjoys genealogy, gunsmithing, running, writing, photography, computers and reading in his spare time.
