Sheena White, Editor, Freelance and Project Consultant, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in professional writing and mass communications.
From an early age, Ms. White knew she wanted to reach people through her writing. She originally wanted to be religion writer with the aim of inspiring and providing another angle of hope to people. While matriculating in a master’s program, she realized she wanted to write both about hope and finance. Ms. White first earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communications from Point Park College in 2004, and continued at Chatham University, receiving a Master of Arts in professional writing in 2006. Early in her career, Ms. White worked as a video recorder with DeLoitte Consulting. Since 2001, Ms. White has produced a contemporary Christian music radio show.
Furthermore, Ms. White has been the editor of newsletters for The Agape Times with The Crest since 2001. She works as a government financial editor/indexer and underwriter and is involved as a clerk of elections absentee ballots and voter applications. She considers her work in the election process as one of the highlights of her career as she has helped empower to vote and partake in democracy. In her spare time, she is involved in a number of civic engagements and spends this time volunteering for Feed the Homeless with the Hillcrest SDA Church, the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and by quilting blankets for nursing home residents.
