Michael Grider, President of Woodbine Construction, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in construction.

Mr. Grider became involved in his profession because he always liked construction and building things. When he was a child, his passion developed while working with his father on different projects. He has nearly four decades of experience in construction, and since 2014, has brought those skills as president of his company. Prior to that, he was a project manager for Coupe Construction from 2006 to 2014. Equipped with a wealth of knowledge, Mr. Grider continues to exceed his client’s expectations while providing quality customer care and industry knowledge.

Mr. Grider attributes the success of his career to be the simple mix of hard work and dedication. He believes his willingness to surround himself with people equal or beyond his measure has also had a positive effect on his success. In this respect, he consistently delivers services pertaining to commercial construction, remodeling, conversion, multi-family, restaurants, warehouses, healthcare and design builds. Looking toward the future, he sees the company to continue to grow and take on bigger projects.

Mr. Grider supplemented his innate knowledge of the construction industry by earning a degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 1982. He maintains professional affiliation with the International Facilities Management Association. He takes pride in his company’s ability to complete projects on time and within budget while building a relationship with his clients. The factors or attributes that Mr. Grinder feel have played a role in his success is his drive and his wife Barbara. He believes he could not have done any of it without her support.
