Mr. Goo first garnered aviation experience when he served with the US Air Force from 1946 to 1947. Following this pursuit, Mr. Goo earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois in 1951 before assuming employment with Boeing Co. in Seattle, Washington, and remained with the organization for the remainder of his career. Mr. Goo then became the manager of the B-1 avionics program, vice president, and general manager of the aircraft armament division of Boeing Aerospace Co. from 1974 to 1977. He then worked as the vice president of military systems, the executive vice president, and president of Boeing Military Airplane Company in Wichita, Kansas, at various points between 1977 to 1987 before his time as president of Boeing Advanced Systems, in Seattle from 1987 to 1989.

The highlight of Mr. Goo’s career was working on the B2 bomber as he had a major role it its production. The wing of the airplane was made at Boeing and the B2 was considered the technological achievement of the year. He also fondly recalls a moment when all the companies were told that they failed to meet the requirements for the electronic system discovery at Boeing but fortunately, Mr. Goo was able to resolve the issue and received an award for this accomplishment. Mr. Goo encourages others to think ahead and be flexible and as a testament to his success, he has been featured in multiple editions of Who’s Who in Finance and Business, Who’s Who In Finance and Industry, Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the Midwest and Who’s Who in the World.
