Their founder, Najat El-Ayi Badriyeh continues to lead a strong and diverse team into the future, supporting multiple vertical markets including Military, Medical, Aerospace and industrial. Passionate about quality and customer service, Ms. Badriyeh remains on the cutting edge of technology for the assembly of printed circuit boards and box build, and manages a business supporting over 100 customers for quick-turn and sustaining production. For Ms. Badriyeh, her greatest achievement is establishing Naprotek. Starting Naprotek, Inc., presented its own set of challenges for Ms. Badriyeh. There were a number of obstacles such as background checks for credit purposes and buying the necessary equipment. Additionally, she experienced difficulties in bringing in customers and building reputable references. Today, her company proudly boasts a diverse atmosphere, strong customer service, communication, and employee longevity.
