Kenny E. Lynn, owner of Exit Southeast, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in business.

A driven entrepreneur and expert in business, Mr. Lynn possesses a well-rounded professional skillset that includes a dynamic understanding of achieving success. Before becoming involved in real estate, Mr. Lynn owned three car dealerships in Tennessee and a mortgage company. From his experience in the mortgage industry, it was a natural progression for him to develop a strong interest in real estate. Since 2013, he has been the regional owner of EXIT Southeast, a family-oriented realty franchise that covers the southeast region of Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee. In six years, he has grown the region to more than 2,000 agents across 64 offices in Tennessee and 14 offices in Georgia. In an interview with EXIT Realty Corporation International’s chief executive officer, Tami Bonnell, she shares that Mr. Lynn and his co-owner Stacy Strobl “have accomplished incredible growth and incredible results and they have created in a great format that is duplicatable. They put their heart in it and concentrate on getting to know every broker and agent. They build from there with a position of strength.”

As a business owner, it has been tremendously important for Mr. Lynn to use his success and accomplishments to influence and positively impact the lives of others around him. In 2014, Mr. Lynn founded the EXIT Realty Smart Car Race to raise money for various non-profit organizations. The first event in 2014 raised nearly $22,000 for Autism Tennessee with support and donations growing annually. He has also hosted fundraising events for Feed America First, a faith-based 501(c)3 Southeastern hunger relief organization whose mission is to provide food to feed the hungry.

A great point of pride for Mr. Lynn is the family-like culture he and his co-founder have cultivated over the years. To keep morale high, he sends encouraging and motivational quotes each week to his owners and brokers. He recognizes their hard work in an annual award gala and ensures that each person is set up to be in a great position financially by the time that they retire. For Mr. Lynn, this is the most gratifying part of his work.

In his free time, Mr. Lynn enjoys drag racing which he has done since the age of 16. He holds a National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) license and you can find him racing up to 135 MPH on the weekends. As he looks ahead to the future, Mr. Lynn intends to continue working toward continued growth and success in his career.
