Ms. Skeen loves to be challenged each and every day, as she is excited by the prospect of finding solutions to problems. During her higher education, she originally intended to pursue a career in nursing. She maintained the high standards of academic success necessary for the program but was crowded out by an abundance of applicants, leading her to redirect her coursework for a business degree. Ms. Skeen graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Michigan University in 1986, and found her way into her current career through a former boss of hers, whose husband was seeking an employee to draft business proposals. Her professional journey has blossomed ever since.
From 1996 to 2007, Ms. Skeen served as the global manager of program operations, project operations and training for IP Unity Glenayre, now named Movius Interactive. She garnered experience as the director of service account management and the language production manager for SpinVox, and from 2008 to 2009, she worked as the executive director of customer support and operations at Ardacom LLC. Upon her departure from the organization, Ms. Skeen accepted a position as the PMO director at Openet, which she held for eight years. Rising to the rank of the director of high touch customer care at the company in 2017, she continues to serve the organization as the director of delivery and customer enablement, a post she assumed in 2019. Ms. Skeen is a master organizer, and maintains a commitment to customer success through focused and practical administration.
