Four years later, Mr. Ferrari secured a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1976.

Between 1988 and 1995, Mr. Ferrari served as the senior vice president of marketing for Coca-Cola USA, further joining CARE in Atlanta as the special assistant to the president for three years. From 1997 to 2001, he contributed as the international president of Lang & Associates, while working as a partner of Tula Communications between 1995 and 2005. As he progressed through his career, Mr. Ferrari held the posts of president of the Hot Fudge Venture Fund, an investor and director of Guayaki, a faculty practitioner with Bain Bridge Graduate Institute, and the co-founder of Ethix Ventures, from 2005 to 2013.

Since 2010, Mr. Ferrari has found success as the president and chief executive officer of Heifer International, a non-profit dedicated to eradicating poverty and hunger in impoverished communities. In addition, he has served as the director of Small Enterprise Assistance Funds in Washington, D.C. since 1996.  Mr. Ferrari attributes his success to a number of factors including his energy, ambition, and his desire to seek change. In the coming years, he hopes to be preparing for his retirement. In the meantime, Mr. Ferrari would like to serve as board member and a consultant in the field.
