Prior to her professional pursuits, Ms. Williams attended the University of Maryland, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1983. Since the conclusion of her studies, she has established herself as an elite real estate professional and has garnered 35 years of professional experience to her credit. Since 1984, she has served as the senior vice president of ERA American Real Estate. Ms. Williams holds numerous certifications as a Military Residential Specialist (MRS), an E-PRO Certified Depressed Property Specialist (CDPS) and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). She is also a member of the Emerald Coast Board of Realtors.

Ms. Williams served in the United States Coast Guard in Washington, D.C., and has always enjoyed looking at houses. Her husband is a retired member of the Coast Guard and they constantly moved around the country. When they moved to Virginia, she went to look at a model home once a week for two years. Throughout her accomplished career in real estate, Ms. Williams has been recognized with multiple awards and honors. In 2014, 2015 and 2016, she was the number one agent with ERA American Real Estate. Presently, she is a member of the number one team for ERA nationally in both listings and sales. Additionally, her writing has been recognized with a Most Influential Bioelectromagnetics (BEM) Journal Paper Award. In the next five years, Ms. Williams plans to enjoy her retirement.
