Ruthee Goldkorn, Owner of No Barriers Disabled Access and Advocacy Consulting and Californians for Disability Rights, Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in civil rights advocacy.

With more than 45 years of professional experience, Ms. Goldkorn has been the founder and owner of No Barriers Disabled Access Consulting and Advocacy Services since 1995. In addition to her primary role, she has served as an ambassador to the Abilities Expo since 2011, and she is the owner of Californians for Disability Rights, Inc. Earlier in her career, she was a manager of business development from 1975 to 1989, the owner of the Baby Biz from 1980 to 1984, and a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology from 1974 to 1982. Ms. Goldkorn first pursued an education with Bryman School, where she earned a Master of Arts in 1973, completing postgraduate coursework the same year. She then joined San Fernando Valley Community College, completing coursework from 1974 to 1981. She is certified as a childbirth educator and labor advisor, and the California Department of Rehabilitation has recognized her as a trained consultant in access compliance.

Throughout her career, Ms. Goldkorn has been recognized for her contributions. The recipient of a Hero Award from Californians for Disability Rights, Inc., and No Barriers Disabled Access Consulting and Advocacy Services, she was named Volunteer of the Year by the California Democratic Party for Disability Rights Advocacy. An inductee into the International Women’s Leadership Association and Latino American Who’s Who, she received the President’s Call to Service Award, and she was named Ms. Wheelchair California. She was the first female president of the Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs, who also gave her the Man of the Year Meritorious Award.
