Keith Lohmann, Administrative Regulation Coordinator at the New Hampshire Department of Safety, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in government regulation.
With more than 45 years of professional experience, Mr. Lohmann has been the administrative regulation coordinator for the New Hampshire Department of Safety since 2017, having been the J-One program manager since 2009. Prior to obtaining these roles, he held a number of positions with the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council, including as director from 2003 to 2007, major from 1996 to 2003, and lieutenant from 1993 to 1995. He previously served as a professor at New Hampshire Technical Institute from 1992 to 1993, as a special assistant to the United States Attorney from 1989 to 1992, and as a coordinator for the US Department of Justice New Hampshire Law Enforcement District from 1987 to 1989. From 1984 to 1987, he was a police planner with Chapel Hill Police Department, having been a public safety officer since 1982. Earlier in his career, he was an operations manager with H. Lohmann and Son from 1973 to 1975 and again from 1981 to 1982, and he was an operations supervisor with Powers Detective and Patrol from 1975 to 1981.
Mr. Lohmann first pursued an education with Guilford College, where he obtained an Associate of Science in law enforcement in 1977. He continued his studies with the school, completing a Bachelor of Science in administration of justice in 1981. He later joined the University of North Carolina, earning a Master of Public Affairs in 1987. Throughout his career, Mr. Lohmann has been recognized for his contributions. He has been featured in numerous honors publications, including multiple editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who in the South and Southwest, Who’s Who in the World, and Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
