Israel Arroyo, Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Stealth Entry Cyber Security Solutions, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Security.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Arroyo has been the founder, president, and chief executive officer of Stealth Entry Cyber Security Systems since 2009. In addition to his primary roles, he was a technical consultant and security engineer with Hewlett Packard from 2007 to 2008. He has also held a number of military positions, including as a cyber-threat intelligence analyst for the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 2007 to 2018, a staff sergeant, senior network exploitation operator, and signals intelligence analyst at Fort Meade from 1998 to 2007.

Mr. Arroyo first pursued an education with Hillsborough Community College, where he completed coursework in criminal justice and law enforcement administration in 1994. He then joined Saint Leo University, completing a Bachelor of Arts in criminology in 1998. He later continued his studies with Capitol College, earning a Master of Science in computer information systems security and information assurance in 2010.

Throughout his career, Mr. Arroyo has been recognized for his contributions. The recipient of a Letter of Commendation from the commanding general of the Marine Corps Recruitment Depot, he was also given the Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal and numerous Letters of Appreciation from the director of the National Security Agency. He credits much of his success to avoiding getting caught up in the politics and minutia of business, instead opting to tell people what he thinks they need to hear rather than what they want to hear.
