Title: President (Retired)
Company: Mallard and Associates
Location: Mesa, Arizona, United States
Albert Knight Mallard, Retired President at Mallard and Associates, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in staffing.
With his father in sales, Mr. Mallard grew up hearing about the industry. He was naturally inclined to work, so he went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1959. In his early years, he took on smaller roles at bigger companies, which provided him with the experience he needed to succeed. It was not until 1984 that he would become president of Mallard and Associates. With a goal to serve the community around him, Mr. Mallard demonstrated excellence in his position until his retirement in 2010.
Outside of his primary role, he served in the United States Air Force from 1959 until 1965. From 2010 to 2018, he acted as the event coordinator for the Royal Air Force Cadet Memorial Service, which was a rewarding experience. This annual service in Mesa, Arizona commemorates the sacrifice of twenty-three RAF cadets who died in flight training at Mesa’s Falcon Field during WWII. Furthermore, he has been a volunteer storm spotter for the Phoenix office of the National Weather Service since 2005. In 2019, his accomplishments were recognized with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.
