Lolo Moliga, Governor of American Samoa, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Politics.
With 35 years of professional experience, Mr. Moliga has been the governor of the Territory of American Samoa since 2013. Prior to his election to executive office, he was the president of the Development Bank of American Samoa from 2009 to 2012, the president of the senate of the Legislature of American Samoa from 2004 to 2008, and chief procurement officer and director of the office of procurement for the American Samoan Government from 1991 to 1999. Earlier in his career, he was president and chief executive officer of the Island Development Corporation from 1988 to 1990 and director of the Office of Planning and Budget from 1985 to 1987.
Mr. Moliga first pursued an education at Chadron State College, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in education in 1971. He continued his studies with San Diego State University, earning a Master of Arts in human resources and public administration in 2012. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his contributions. He has been featured in numerous honors publications, including multiple editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Politics, and Who’s Who in the West.
