After earning a BA in 1970 from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Riddle continued his studies and obtained a JD from the South Texas College of Law in Houston, also acquired in 1970. Working as an appraiser to pay to way through law school, Mr. Riddle became intrigued by real estate law and choice to focus his professional endeavors surrounding this area. While commencing his official practice of law, he also began development work full time. For the past 15 years, since 2005, Mr. Riddle has served as president of the Windsor Development Company in which he has developed, built, and owned in excess of one billion dollars in real estate, including multi-family, single-family, office, retail, and various other projects.
Founded in 1983, the Windsor Development Company is a real estate development and professional property management firm committed to growth through responsible development and focused acquisition of commercial and mixed-use properties. Mr. Riddle has excelled in his executive role in leading large teams of builders and dealing with the behind the scenes production and development of future projects.
