Michael Arnold, Executive Vice President at NAI Capital and the Vice Chairman of NAI Global, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate consulting.
Backed by a BA in rhetoric and communications from the University of California, Davis, acquired in 1993, Mr. Arnold holds more than 20 years of professional industry experience in real estate consulting. Since 2017, Mr. Arnold has served NAI Capital as an executive vice president, director of the Tenant Consulting Group and NAI Global as their vice-chairman of corporate services, in which he advises clients in the strategic portfolio and operational planning that aligns real estate, facilities and operational strategies. Prior, Mr. Arnold was the executive vice president and managing director of Newmark from 2004 to 2016, and he commenced his career as a broker for CBRE from 1995 to 2004.
In his prolific career, Mr. Arnold was named a #1 Producer at NAI Capital and named a Top 500 Business Leader in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2016. From 2011 to 2015, Real Estate Forum Magazine named him a Top Broker of Southern California and from 2007 to 2019, the Los Angeles Business Journal granted him the Los Angeles Best Brokers and Best Broker Team Award. Additionally, he was the recipient of a Los Angeles Co-Star Power Broker Award in 2004, and from 2007 to 2019. Mr. Arnold attributes the grand success of his career to hard work and being able to work harder, smarter and more efficiently than his competitors. Looking ahead, the executive plans to continue to mentor younger associates, as he enjoys the coaching and team bonding component of the profession and sharing experiences and accomplishments with colleagues. Presently, Mr. Arnold holds membership with the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Estate Association and CoreNet Global Corporate Realty Estate Association and is the distinguished co-founder of the Basketball Component of the 501 c3 Solebrothers.
