Armand Morrison, Vice President at Emids, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership.
With a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Mr. Morrison sought to help organizations navigate the challenges in healthcare in the United States. With that in mind, he gained business experience with several companies, including Xerox and ComDoc Inc., before he was hired at Cardinal Health as a sales executive in 2000. In the following years, he went on to loan his skills to Cerner Corp., CareFusion, and RelayHealth. He additionally earned a Master of Business Administration from his alma mater in 2013. In 2015, he took on the role of vice president at Kit Check, which was followed by the position of director of client service at Encore Health Resources. He remained in that role for two years. In 2018, Mr. Morrison earned the title of vice president at Emids, which was previously known as Encore Health Services.
Since 2019, Mr. Morrison has brought his expertise to the Health Information Management Society, where he serves as a member of the executive board. He additionally participates on the Board of Directors for InfoTech West New York and volunteers at the Food Bank of Western New York, as well as with the Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Looking back on a successful career thus far, Mr. Morrison attributes his success to continuously learning about and focusing on the top challenges that healthcare leaders face. Over the years, he has learned to work with his clients to understand their goals and help them navigate their options to find success. In the coming years, Mr. Morrison hopes to become known in his industry as someone who can always help his clients, no matter the issue.
