Terrance D. Turner, DML, Logistician at Eglin Air Force Base, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in logistics.
With many years of practiced expertise in management, supply chain direction, business forecasting and talent acquisition, Mr. Turner excels as a U.S. government logistics and international logistician for the Eglin Air Force Base. His responsibilities include directing incoming materials from suppliers and performing analysis to identify deficient areas to assist in reducing out-of-control or undesirable performance levels in the F-15Sa Program Supply Chain. In a career filled with highlights, Mr. Turner is proud to have served for the U.S. Government and while also operating his own business, TD Turner Logistics LLC.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Turner worked as a P5 foreign military sales logistics manager for Eglin Air Force Base from 2012 until 2014 and an integrated logistics management specialist and U.S. Air Force civilian for the Common Range Integrated Instrumentation System from 2011 until 2012. Earlier in his career, Mr. Turner worked in various logistical roles for Sierra Nevada Corporation, Unshippers Global Logistics and U.S. Department of Defense after retiring from the U.S. Air Force as a master sergeant in 2004.
Devoted to his community, Mr. Turner dedicates his spare time to his church, as well as set-up for Relay for Life. For his accomplishments in the field, he was honored as Logistician at a Quarter in 2014 and 2016. In the coming years, he hopes to have his business off the ground and travel around the world importing and exporting. In addition, he sees himself winning contracts with the U.S. government.
