The director of service management at CSG International since 2020, Ms. Decker is distinguished for her expertise in business support system software and services within the telecommunications industry. Prior to her recent appointment, she served CSG International as a senior service manager from 2014 to 2020 and as a service manager from 1998 to 2014. Skilled in customer satisfaction, Ms. Decker enjoys the process development aspect of her work from being a naturally process-oriented person. In addition to her duties, she specializes in transition management, transition services to support and ensuring projects come in on time. Finding great success in her roles, Ms. Decker has been honorably named Employee of the Quarter on various occasions.
Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Decker’s highest career achievement to date is successfully implementing its first international managed service account. Upon CSG’s international launch in 2012, Ms. Decker spent three years in Australia helping the company build its global standing. From first working for Teleconnect USA in Iowa, the executive knew the telecommunications industry was the right fit for her since her high school years at John F. Kennedy High School. She became ITIL Foundation Certified by PEOPLECERT in 2015, as well as achieved an Interphase certification. Looking ahead in her career, Ms. Decker aims to transition departments and build a solid and unique business plan. Outside of her primary responsibilities, Ms. Decker enjoys reading, attending wine festivals and volunteering at the Carroll County Human Society, where she proudly serves as treasurer.
