Juan Carlos Ramos Paulino, Vice President of Human Resources, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in human resources and writing.
Having always enjoyed helping others, Mr. Ramos Paulino was naturally drawn to pursue a career in human resources. In 2010, he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from the Hubbard College of Administration. His first professional position was that of an HR administrator for JTP Films, Inc. He remained with the company until 2016, simultaneously acting as the HR benefits and payroll manager for Penske Media Corporation from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Ramos Paulino then proceeded to take on the role of vice president of people and culture for Golden Hippo Media, where he stayed until 2019. Currently, he is excelling as the vice president of human resources at City Constructors Inc. alongside his role as an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council.
Outside of his corporate endeavors, Mr. Ramos Paulino is on the precipice of becoming a published writer. In August of 2020, his book, “Let There Be Us: A Journey Into Yourself,” will be published by Book Baby. It will be available through both Amazon and Barnes and Noble. He considers this book to be one of his greatest accomplishments thus far, as it took him seven months to complete. A member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Mr. Ramos Paulino attributes his success to the people with whom he works. He believes the key to any effort is the people. Looking toward the future, he hopes to continue writing and building up his reputation as an author, as well as remaining active in the human resources industry.
