Suzanne Elizabeth Louvel, President at Tzarina, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in information technology.
Ms. Louvel became involved in her profession because she had an arts degree with languages, which made her pursue a job that would allow her to travel. She initially received a job internationally working in IT, making her a pioneer in the field for women. It was not what she initially had expected for her career path but she was intrigued and has continued to love the profession. Ms. Louvel began her education by taking coursework in a Foreign Students Program in Sorbonne, Paris, France in 1982. From there, she matriculated at the University of Maryland earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science and French in 1984. She continued with her studies taking graduate coursework in French literature from 1985 to 1986.
Ms. Louvel has experienced numerous highlights throughout her career, including creating a company-wide comprehensive CRM Sales Training Program for three complete go-live cycles for sales teams, being promoted to International Sales Manager after three years in the sales department in 2011, and being the president and owner of Tzarina since 2012. She is a distributor of Tatiana Faberg jewelry in France. Ms. Louvel began her career as the Southern Europe sales director for Hitachi Europe in Paris, France from 1994 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, she was the global OEM sales manager for Maxtor Europe and then the OEM sales manager for Sanmina-SCI Corporation from 2002 to 2006. From there, she became the director of sales and marketing for EMEA, MXI in London, England from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, Ms. Louvel became the international sales manager for Ipswitch Software for three years, and then the global software IT manager for Fresenis-Kabi from 2013 to 2015. As a testament to her success, Ms. Louvel received Manager of the Year in 2001 and was named Dame Commander of the Russian Grand Priory Association in 2006.
