Backed by a Bachelor of Arts in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from 1998, Ms. Cade went on to utilize her studies by spearheading her own business in 2002. For the past 18 years, she has served as the founder, chief executive officer, bus owner and business consultant of Executive On The Go, which helps small businesses frame themselves as a corporation, LLC, sole proprietorship, nonprofit and FBN/DBA. Offering consulting and document preparation, among other tasks, Ms. Cade has helped a myriad of businesses establish themselves including bakeries, beauty salons, florists, restaurants, religious organizations and more. Inspired to pursue her business from her years in counseling, she most enjoys being able to witness people take their purpose and further translate it into something tangible in the marketplace, thriving in their success. With this sentiment, Ms. Cade calls her greatest achievement to be working alongside her husband, Brandon.
In addition to Executive On The Go, Ms. Cade is also the founder of A Kid Like Aundon and CALE NOW!, Culture, Arts & Leadership Exchange Now. Prior to her current endeavors, she commenced her career as an assistant director and counselor at the UCLA Student Retention Center from 1996 to 1999. The following year, she was executive administrator to the Learning Academy, Inc. and served as executive administrative assistant at Personal & Business Solutions, Inc. from 2001 to 2002. To remain abreast in her industry, Ms. Cade maintains affiliation with the Global Society of Female Entrepreneurs, WIN Network, UCLA Alumni Association and National Association for Female Executives, of which she is the San Fernando Valley Director. Attributing her success to her faith and consistency, Ms. Cade hopes to continue to grow as an advocate and forerunner for legacy training in the coming years. In addition, she hopes to write more books and fulfill some passion projects, such as a 20-year plan.
