Mr. Solano always liked helping others, which is what drew him into his career. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Universidad Anahuac, he earned a Master’s degree in marketing from National University. He began his career at Accenture as a senior executive in 2000. Remaining there for nine years, Mr. Solano proceeded to transition into the role of president and director for Inverpoint. Later on in his career, he became the president and general director at MX Opera Consulting. He remains in this role today, though he has since taken on parallel positions. Since 2015, Mr. Solano has excelled as the principal chief executive officer for US Opera Consulting Inc. More recently, in 2018, he became the principal chief executive officer for CMIT Solutions of Los Angeles, which offers a wide range of essential information technology services, cybersecurity and other remote work support. In 2020, the company acquired a new office in Irvine, California and plans to further expand its operations to Orange County.

Outside of Mr. Solano’s primary ventures, he acted as a member of the board of directors for the United Chamber of Commerce, West Valley Warner Center, Calabasas Chamber of Commerce. As a testament to his success, he earned the Managed Services Excellence Award from Barracuda Inc. that same year, alongside being listed as one of the “People to Watch” by Calabasas Styles Magazine. Earlier, in 2018, Mr. Solano’s business was named as the CMIT Solutions Franchise of the Month. In 2019, CMIT Solutions was granted the Managed Services Excellence Award and achieved a Continuum Cybersecurity Certification. Reflecting on his accomplishments, he credits his passion for his work and his desire to succeed. In the coming years, Mr. Solano hopes to continue reinventing himself, helping organizations, mentoring his children, and taking care of his businesses.
