Brian C. Hall, President at Constructive Enterprises, Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in construction.
Since his childhood, Mr. Hall had loved building and creating structures. At the age of 14, he built a fort in his backyard and knew from the immense joy it brought him that he wanted to do this his entire life. During his years as a local paperboy, Mr. Hall met a builder from his route and soon began working for him before starting college. Upon receiving an Associate of Arts in science from Southeast Community College in Milford, Nebraska in 1994, he stuck with his passion and spearheaded his company two years later. Since 1996, Mr. Hall has served as president of Constructive Enterprises, Inc., which specializes in pre-engineered steel buildings, general contracting, and erection.
Renowned for his understanding of the parts and pieces needed to construct steel buildings, Mr. Hall has been widely applauded in his local area for his work. Notably, he has received awards from the Better Business Bureau and Behlen Building Systems, as well as recognized for quality workmanship from the Associated General Contractors of America. Mr. Hall humbly attributes his success to a lot of grit. A devoted Christian, Mr. Hall also dedicates much of his time to serving as a board member for the Christian Business Men’s Connection and regularly serves on short mission trips through his church, Christ Place. He is also an honored Liba Diamond member and maintains affiliation with the Lincoln Independent Business Association.
Looking back on his career trajectory, Mr. Hall is most proud of taking on various projects that can be deemed as too difficult for most construction professionals. In 2004, he took on a project for a lighthouse in which every other construction company the client inquired to turned them down. Likewise, a career highlight for Mr. Hall was putting a sanctuary expansion onto his local church. He and the company have also completed projects for Duncan Aviation, City Impact, Too Fast Supply, GT Exhaust, Bradshaw Fire Station, Spreetail, and Viaero Center. In five years’ time, Mr. Hall plans to continue his growth and expansion, as well as contract a house for his employees that can also be offered to their families free of charge. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and going on cruises.
