Cecilia A. Hallman, Commercial Real Estate Consultant at CH Property, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate.

Upon achieving a certificate in dentistry from Midland Technology College in 1972, Ms. Hallman worked in the field for a number of years but wished to build a new career in real estate. Shortly after making this decision, she took weekend real estate classes and received her real estate license in 1986, also becoming a licensed broker in 2006. Ms. Hallman commenced her career as a property manager for Wyatt Development Co., Inc. and the Keenan Co. between 1987 and 1990. She went on to be co-owner and manager of Aiken Industrial Supply, Inc. from 1990 to 1992 and the office administrator for Dr. Rocky L. Naiper until 1996. Between 1996 and 2004, she excelled as the director of member services for Wyatt Development, Sage Valley Golf Club, Stephens Inc. and the Alotian Club. Since 2012, Ms. Hallman has worked in commercial real estate consulting for CH Property, specializing in shopping centers and golf courses.

In five years’ time, Ms. Hallman would like to begin working on a part-time basis and dedicate more time to her civic endeavors. She maintains affiliation with the Reserve Country Club, Odell Weeks Center, Daughters of the American Revolution, Aiken Leadership Club and Rotary Club. Additionally, she has served as a board member of the CanHope Cancer Foundation, as a volunteer with the American Cancer Society of Aiken from 1990 to 1992 and as secretary of the Aiken Republican Club from 2017 to 2020. Outside of real estate, Ms. Hallman is the author of two historical fiction books, “The Memphis Kingmaker” from 2006 and “Madame President” from 2007. Notably, she earned a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University in 2004 and received an art certification from Oxford University in 2005. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, reading and traveling.
