In his present position, Mr. Garce is responsible for enhancing the market development by selecting and supporting innovative technologies. Due to his practiced leadership, he has met and exceeded quarterly and annual goals, promoted market penetration of new and existing products and helped diversify products within the oil and gas industry. He initially became interested in his vocation because during his years in college, in which he worked in factories and specialized in instrumentation. Mr. Garce decided to pursue marketing because the country that he had dreamed about when he joined anthropology no longer existed and what was left were elements of commerce.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Garce held the positions of a business development manager, sales director and sales manager for the North American division of ABB Cellier. Additionally, he found success as a sales manager for Emerson Automation Solutions and as a sales director with FMC Technologies, through which he increased sales growth by 30 percent annually. In a career filled with highlights, he is especially proud to have designed and developed a piece of equipment that was later patented. In the coming years, Mr. Garce aims to seek out other professionals to form a team at ABB Cellier.
