Before embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Das Mattera earned a earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of Rhode Island in 2002. Since 2017, she has excelled as the digital audience management lead for Wells Fargo. Her responsibilities include monitoring seethe company’s paid media digital impressions, developing initiatives to partner across the enterprise, and crafting an audience strategy to put paid media campaigns in place. Additionally, she works with various departments to determine the correct audience to target.
Prior to this appointment, Ms. Das Mattera found success as the Director of Retail Strategy for Oracle Data Cloud between 2015 and 2017. She also briefly served as the Vice President of Account Management and Operations for PulsePoint in 2014. Earlier in her career, Ms. Das Mattera worked in executive roles for Xaxis, Magnetic and Collective Media. In a career filled with highlights, she is most proud of managing the paid media COVID-19 audience strategy for Wells Fargo. She has also recently taken on a leadership role in efforts to prepare the enterprise for digital marketing efforts as consumer privacy policies, browser updates and government regulations impact marketing and advertising technology.
Civically, Ms. Das Mattera has served as a volunteer with the Bengali Association of Greater Hartford. She attributes her success to a little bit of luck and passion. She also had very good mentors. Looking toward the future, Ms. Das Mattera hopes that her family will continue to be successful, healthy and happy.
