Prior to her present position, Ms. Ripley found success as a realtor and broker socialite for R Associates with RE/MAX Elite from 2011 to 2019. From 2001 to 2007, she gained earlier experience as an associate for Prudential Carter Duffey. Before her ventures in real estate, she worked in hotel and restaurant management and sales, with the last position held at the downtown Kansas City Hyatt. Ms. Ripley was briefly active in medical sales before shifting her attention roward real estate, in which she has since flourished due to her tenacity, knowledge, accessibility and attention to detail.
Thriving in her real estate career, Ms. Ripley was recognized as a Five Star Professional Award Winner by KC Magazine in 2015. In 2013, the Kansas City Association of Realtors honorably designated her as the Salesperson of the Year. She attributes her success to her single mother, who raised three children, as well as her desire to help other women succeed. Ms. Ripley also believes that much of her success has emerged from her professional mission, which is to garner her clients the best results possible while saving them time and money with the highest professional and ethical standards.
A member of the National Home Builders Association, Ms. Ripley also operates as the co-chair of PWB. In addition, she has been dedicated to Hope House, Special Olympics, Harvesters and Ronald McDonald House. Looking back, she is particularly proud to have elevated the staff of Engel & Völkers Kansas City from 25 advisers from 10 initial advisers. Likewise, she is honored to have received the opportunity to mentor many women in the field who have since fostered commendable careers. In her spare time, Ms. Ripley enjoys devoting her spare time to her three children, traveling, reading and visiting her favorite lake.
