Commencing her career in the automobile sales industry in 1990, Ms. Hafner excelled in her role with Chrysler, performing as the top sales representative. Due to her exceptional contributions, she was promoted to finance director of Alhambra Chrysler, in which she flourished from 1991 to 1993. Ms. Hafner then joined Glendora Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in 1993, having served as a senior new car sales manager since 2005. Specializing in financing, management, process and policies, training and inventory, she takes on multiple eclectic roles for the dealership on top of directing its sale activities. Ms. Hefner is also responsible for developing and monitoring the website, ordering new inventory, purchasing new vehicles, reviewing market analyses and sales reports, determining customer needs and establishing annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profit and control expenses.
Backed by two years of college, Ms. Hafner is certified in sales management and product knowledge. To accompany her leadership and executive abilities, she manages a team of 10 sales professionals at the dealership. Notably, Ms. Hafner has been the recipient of Finance Awards and CIF Awards. She attributes her career success to her parents, who instilled in her how to work hard, as well as to her mentors, Toni Farish, Dennis Toledo and Janice Etnyre. With this sentiment, she recalls his career highlight has been mastering how to figure out a customer’s needs and building their trust when discussing the financial aspects of buying or leasing a vehicle. A member of the Women’s Club, Ms. Hafner also dedicates time to volunteering with food shelters and sponsoring community programs through Glendora Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, dining with friends, traveling and quality time with her dog. In five years’ time, she hopes to commence a well-deserved retirement.
