Prior to his current role, Mr. Baxter gained insightful experience as a real estate broker at a separate firm from 2000 to 2017. He attributes his career success to listening to his clients and helping them achieve their desires to the best of his ability. To remain aware of updates and changes to his industry, Mr. Baxter holds membership with the National Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors. In the coming years, he plans to continue growing and building upon his real estate abilities while helping more people find the home of their dreams. Outside of real estate, he was the recipient of a patent in 2020 for a sweatband called Brow Band, which offers long-lasting use before saturation. In his spare time, Mr. Baxter is active in his church and utilizes his six-sigma black belt certification. He also enjoys spending time with his family, made up of his wife of 27 years and two sons. A proud father, his eldest son is in college studying computer science and his younger son was recently sworn into the U.S. Air Force.
