Joseph F. Martelli, Jr., Chief Executive Officer and President at Boss Property Management Group, LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in construction.
A distinguished “self-starter,” Mr. Martelli has been involved in the construction industry since 1973. Backed by an Associate of Arts in mechanical engineering, he has excelled as the chief executive officer and president of Boss Property Management Group, LLC since 2004. In his role, he is responsible for the management, construction building codes, client satisfaction and directing projects and people at all levels. Prior, he had gained experience working for Shaw Enterprise as a chief mechanical engineer from 2004 to 2012. Originally involved in real estate investments, Mr. Martelli had always enjoyed the style and flair that came with real estate. Once he started working with property management companies, he was able to incorporate his ability to bring construction and maintenance services to their community.
Mr. Martelli attributes the success of his career to his father for the way he raised him and teaching him to have work ethics. He also credits his grandfather, who had a uniqueness about his morals, as well as George Washington because he never quit. Upon his civic endeavors, Mr. Martelli sits on the board of directors for the Robinson Township Historical Society, in which he helped initiate Rebuilding Together in Pittsburgh. In this respect, he erected a monument to the settler’s revolutionary war veterans in Robinson Township, the first of its kind. He had also been the project director for a system, which taught students to research historical data. Likewise, Mr. Martelli belongs to the Sons of the American Legion and the Sons of the American Revolution. He is also a supporter of the Fireman Union, Law Enforcement Union and County Sheriffs Union. Reflecting on his career, the advice he can offer up-and-coming professionals is that they must have the vision to make their dreams happen.
