Since 2009, he has excelled as senior vice president and group director of Signature Bank, in which he provides personalized banking services to professionals and commercial companies throughout New York. Prior, Mr. Hallinan was senior vice president of Capital One Bank/North Fork Bank from 1996 to 2009 and a principal of BrenHall Business Management from 1991 to 1995, where he got his start in intermediary and merchant banking. Earlier, he worked for Minehart Commercial Corporation in 1970.
Presently, Mr. Hallinan maintains affiliation with the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick, St. Hugh of Lincoln Church and Medal Men Club. In addition, he is involved with various credit clubs and finance organizations. Mr. Hallinan attributes his career success to his people skills and knowing what will work to make his clients happy, as well as remain loyal to the company. In five years’ time, he hopes to experience the continued growth of his business acumen and profession. Mr. Hallinan’s advice to aspiring professionals is to control their business under guidance through compliance and regulatory items. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, golfing and reading.
