Sean J. Daly, LCB, Director and Manager of International Services at Roar Logistics Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in logistics.

Having accrued nearly 15 years of professional experience in his field, Mr. Daly currently excels as the director and manager of international services for ROAR Logistics. Standing for rail, ocean, air and road, ROAR Logistics is a Buffalo, New York-based provider with an extensive portfolio of services to deliver the most effective, efficient and competitively-priced support for any present day supply chain. Since 2015, he has been responsible for the day-to-day operations of ROAR’s international department, including Customhouse Brokerage operations, Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) operations and International Freight Forwarding (IFF) operations. In 2020, Mr. Daly additionally became the president of McKeagan LLC, an international procurement, forecasting and technology consultancy. 

Prior to his current positions, Mr. Daly flourished as the chief operating officer of Grand Traverse Vapor in 2014 and 2015 and the vice president of Tahoco Logistics Inc. from 2011 to 2013. In addition, he served Husky Injection Molding Systems as a customer coordinator in 2010 and 2011. He worked for Livingston International as a team leader, release supervisor and release analyst from 2006 to 2007 and as an import analyst from 2007 to 2009. Furthermore, Mr. Daly was appointed as the manager of release operations for Near North Customs Brokers in 2007. 

Finding great success in his career in logistics, Mr. Daly has spoken across the globe for the World Trade Center and presented for its Global Business Administration Program. Likewise, he has traveled to China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam, Canada, Mexico, Ireland and Luxembourg to build relationships with global industry professionals. Along with these achievements, Mr. Daly recalls his career highlight as earning his custom broker’s license by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, which allowed him to manage the regulatory aspects of ROAR Logistics. 

In the coming years, Mr. Daly hopes to find success in the area of procurement consulting, dealing with customers in order to align with the appropriate manufactures, as understanding those partnerships and relationships are extremely important in his discipline. Additionally, he aims to assist larger vendors throughout the United States in procuring personal protective equipment (PPE). Notably, he obtained an Associate of Arts in humanities and social science from Niagara Community College in 2010. In his spare time, Mr. Daly enjoys cycling, hiking and dedicating quality time to his family.
