In light of his accomplishments, he earned the Forever Duke Award from Duke University in 2015. Outside of his professional endeavors, he commits himself to his community through economic development, including on the economic development committee for the City of Long Beach. Likewise, he co-founded the Long Beach Accelerator, which is the first of its kind in Long Beach, California. Looking toward the future, he intends to convert businesses into more successful entities, as well as continue helping emerging entrepreneurs in their start-ups.
