Holding 25 years of experience in his field, Mr. Johnson has excelled as the director of PMO Global Supply Chain since 2009 and as the EDI-SAP and e-commerce project manager for Georgia Associates since 2006. He is also dedicated to his non-profit foundation, CR Johnson Foundation, Inc., where he has provided individual and institutional grants to sponsor students and support projects in Liberia and the U.S. Over the years, Mr. Johnson has held senior-level positions and consulted for reputable companies such as Computer Sciences Corporation, IBM, My IT Group and General Electric between 1995 and 2013, among others. As a high profile consultant and certified ITIL and project management expert, he was contracted to develop the functional specifications for the Support Service Desk to facilitate internal and external customers/vendors for implementing the COVID-19 vaccine in the United States.

A former journalist, diplomat and college lecturer, Mr. Johnson once served as minister counselor for Press & Public Affairs with the rank of Deputy Ambassador at the Liberian Embassy in Washington, D.C. He received a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from the University of Liberia in 1981 and a Master of Arts in communications from Howard University in 1986. After completing graduate studies, he became fascinated with technology, leading him to pursue multiple training and certifications in the information technology field, including Network Engineering, ERP/SAP, SCMP, EDI, among others. He also obtained additional graduate studies in information and telecommunication systems management at the Johns Hopkins University in 1995. Presently, he holds membership with the Project Management Institute, World Future Society, ISACA and Toastmasters International. Mr. Johnson attributes his success to his late father, who taught him the value of knowledge and education, and to his professor Oscar H. Gandy Jr.
