Ms. Golan is an expert business strategist, award-winning speaker, professional development coach, and the CEO of Golan Ventures, Inc. Since 2017, she has provided individuals and businesses with information, education, and keynote speeches that help them grow and build their careers in the direction that they want. Ms. Golan has been an independent entrepreneur, tech sector investor, and growth strategist working for major Silicon Valley companies and Forbes contributors, as well as a speaker and consultant to the Israeli Consulate General to the Pacific Northwest. She began her journey by serving in the Israeli Air Force, which she credits with helping her develop her innate talents for strategic thinking, and continued on to earn a Bachelor of Science in engineering with additional coursework in hardware and software engineering. Ms. Golan is a former flight instructor and F16 flight simulator instructor and moved into entrepreneurship as a general partner and board member for Homrun and Technion.

She is the designer of CareerLeap, a program to help established professionals determine their next steps and navigate career growth, change, or redefine themselves in their industries. Ms. Golan has been invited to speak at many of the world’s most prestigious business conferences and summits, including TechCrunch Disrupt, the Cleveland Leadership Summit, and the Western Digital Leadership Conference, and she was listed as one of the 2016 40 Women to Watch and the 2017 Silicon Valley Women of Influence. Recently, she was presented with a 2019 Best Speakers Award and the 2020 MarketWatch Gold Award, and she continues to live by her personal philosophy to “make things happen, and continue moving forward one step at a time.” Ms. Golan sits on the board of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce, Prize4Life, Inc., and the International Peace Accelerator, and lives in Southern California with her two children.
